Welcoming Philippa Lloyd - Customer Support Manager
Philippa recently joined MKM Health as Customer Support Manager. This role is focused on managing and continually reviewing and refining the MKM Health support service to our Australian and New Zealand customers. Philippa will be the main liaison point for account management and customer contact in relation to MKM Health support, with the exception of ACT Health, who will still liaise with our local support team.
Philippa has many years of experience in healthcare IT, in roles spanning account management, project management and customer support. Her project experience includes software implementations, upgrades and overseeing large-scale software roll-outs. In addition, Philippa has participated in organisation-wide activities focused on improving customer service and streamlining processes.
MKM Health sees this role as very important in maintaining and growing our customer satisfaction. As we grow, we plan to ensure we keep focus on our customer needs and expectations and appointing Philippa to this dedicated role will allow us to better service our customer needs.
