Introducing MKM Connect…

MKM Health has now upgraded and rebranded our Client Support Portal.

 

As part of the ongoing commitment to our clients, MKM Health has recently finalised the upgrade and rebrand of our Client Support Portal - MKM Connect. Our clients who need to report an issue or ask for advice are encouraged to directly login to MKM Connect.

Our goal is to provide a seamless service that will facilitate transparent, timely and high quality support, and provide access to available resources. MKM Connect will also enable direct engagement with the right people in our team and we will continue to roll out new and exciting features within the portal.

All our clients with a current support contract have access to MKM Connect. If you are a current client, you can access MKM Connect here. To obtain a login account, please confirm the designated MKM support contact for your organisation and then complete the sign-up form or email support@mkmhealth.com.au.

This change comes in addition to the recent appointment of Philippa Lloyd as Customer Support Manager to ensure our clients receive the best and most appropriate support and advice.
